Orach Technic Pro - Light (ProCAD)

Orach Technic Pro - Light (ProCAD) is a .ttf (TrueType) font intended for AutoCAD
and other programs used for technical drawing and documentation.
* The font can optionally be supplied as an .otf (OpenType) font for Apple computers.

The Light (ProCAD) font style contains 6,140 glyphs (characters) in version 7.22.

Everything drawn in AutoCAD with Orach Technic Pro (ProCAD) or ProGraf
can be engraved directly by simply replacing the font style with ProGrav and using a 1/12H cutter.

Orach Technic Pro Features

Orach Technic Pro - Light (ProCAD) is a .ttf (TrueType) font designed specifically for AutoCAD,
one of the most widely used technical drawing programs.

At the same size, for example 12 pt, Orach ProCAD has a more discreet appearance (see the image below),
allowing the drawing to come to the fore while all text remains fully legible, even at small sizes.
The font also contains all the symbols and arrows required by mechanical engineers and architects.

ProCAD makes every drawing graphically cleaner because the letters do not overpower the drawing.
The improved graphic appearance of smaller characters is especially noticeable in superscripts, subscripts,
symbols and modifier characters.

Mechanical engineers, architects, electrical engineers and surveyors are equally satisfied.
Specialized designers who create industrial PDF documents on Apple computers
using the .otf version of ProCAD are also satisfied because the documentation retains its technical character.

I especially remember electrical engineers who designed and produced printed circuit boards.
Some elements had to be engraved and others printed on the same board so that they would have a consistent appearance.
They were particularly satisfied. No other font could achieve this.

We did not sell this font; after 2000, we gave our Orach Demo ASCII font to designers, machinists
and electrical engineers who ordered engraving from us, making their work easier and production less expensive.

An example showing why Orach Technic Pro - Light (ProCAD) can be engraved directly
while preserving the graphic character of the letters, simply by replacing the font with
Orach Technic Pro - Thin ( ProGrav ).

It should be kept in mind that Orach Technic Pro fonts appear
bolder in AutoCAD than they actually are,
while they are displayed correctly in Illustrator and CorelDRAW.

In some engraving programs, the font appears lighter, while in others it appears even bolder.
This is caused by the programs and the way they display graphics on the screen, not by our font.
