Orach Technic Pro - Regular (ProGraf) is a .ttf (TrueType) font intended for
all programs used on PC computers.
* The font can optionally be supplied as an .otf (OpenType) font for Apple computers.
The Regular (ProGraf) font style contains 6,140 glyphs (characters) in version 7.22.
ProGraf is intended primarily for technical documentation, projects and .pdf documents.
The font is characterized by excellent readability at small letter sizes of 6, 8 and 10 pt, both on screen and paper.
All characters and symbols, subscript and superscript characters, modifiers and small capital letters
are specially drawn and slightly enlarged.
The spacing between characters and lines is also slightly increased for this reason.

Orach ProGraf has performed well in all technical fields.
For example, a designer draws a synoptic diagram for a technological process
that contains letters, numbers, symbols, arrows, lines, etc.
All of this needs to be printed on a large printer for project documentation, often in two languages,
and finally engraved on a black anodized plate and installed on the facility.
If everything has to be redrawn for engraving by another engraver or designer,
then printed again and presented to the designer and investor, countless problems can arise.
We have been doing this for years, and it is an extremely demanding and thankless job.
All of this is solved by Orach Technic Pro.
The technologist or designer draws a synoptic diagram or technical plate at a 1:1 scale using the ProGraf font.
It is used for standard project documentation, and then the ProGraf font is simply replaced with ProGrav
to obtain an identical project ready for production. The engraver can then engrave it directly and easily.
We did not sell this font, but after 2000 we gave our Orach Demo ASCII font to designers, machinists
and electrical engineers who ordered engraving work from us, to make their work easier
and production less expensive.
Orach Technic Pro Specificities
At the same size, Orach ProGraf appears more discreet (see the picture below),
allowing the drawing to come to the foreground, while everything remains perfectly legible even at small sizes.
Mechanical engineers, architects, electrical engineers and surveyors are equally satisfied.
Specialized designers who create industrial .pdf documents on Apple computers
using the .otf version of ProGraf are also satisfied,
because the documentation retains its technical character.
